Exhibitor Badges
You can now register your staff who will be on your stand. Simply select "Exhibitor Badges" on the menu to the left and then click the ACCESS HERE button that appears. You will be taken to a new portal.
You can add your staff one by one or you can import all your staff in one excel sheet and then upload.

Please note that you can have unlimited badges. An automated email is sent to each badge holder. This email can be resent via the Jonas screen by ticking the name of the badge holder and clicking on the 3 dots on the right to select "send confirmation".
Invite Prospects/Customers
You can now invite your customers and prospects to come to the event. Simply click on this menu option on the left and then click the ACCESS HERE button that appears on the screen. You will be taken to a new portal.
You will need to add the contacts you wish to invite, either one by one or into the below template:
