Accessible Parking
Blue Badge Visitor Parking is available next to Hall 5, and it is recommended to book in advance: https://www.thenec.co.uk/visitors/parking-at-the-nec/

If arriving via taxi or private coach, bring your Blue Badge with you to be dropped off and collected at the main entrances.
All levels of the NEC are accessible to wheelchair users via lifts, and the Piazza main entrance has automatic doors.
Accessible Toilets & Changing Facilities
Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are available across the venue. Changing Places facilities are also available by Hall 2, which provides more space for up to 2 carers and extra features, including height-adjustable adult-sized changing benches and a hoist system.

Mobility Services
Mobility equipment is available to hire on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked in advance up to 3 months before the event.
Wheelchairs are available to hire for £5 and sooters are available to hire for £20.
The Accessibility Collection Point is located on the Piazza between Hall 5 and Londis.

Assistance Animals
Trained assistance and guide dogs are welcome at S&S and The NEC. No other pets are allowed. For the safety and well-being of your dog, please make them visible to staff and other visitors at all times.
Hearing Impairments
Induction loop audio systems are fitted in various locations.
Multi-Faith Room
There is a multi-faith room located next to Hall 3 for quiet prayer.
