Advanced Electronic Solutions ltd has been honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise for International Trade.

Cookstown, County Tyrone based manufacturing company Advanced Electronic Solutions Ltd (AES Global) makes the world’s largest range of wireless access control solutions. With many of our access control products available for purchase through dealers in over 40 countries worldwide.

Our exports, which represent over 50% of total sales revenue, grew by almost 300% in the last six years. We sell predominantly in Great Britain, Ireland and the USA plus smaller amounts to Australia and France. The USA is by far our largest export market, though the French market has grown by over 7,000% since 2012.

We conduct extensive research prior to entering new overseas markets including an understanding of legal and tax issues, together with any cultural and language barriers. We spend a lot of time and effort identifying representatives and where they are best located. The company wins the Queen’s Award for International Trade for Outstanding Long-Term Growth in overseas sales over the last six years.
