Monitoreal, a global provider of intelligent home security surveillance systems, has launched new video recording capabilities for its Base and Pro device models. 

The feature allows users to isolate video of security events captured by their perimeter cameras, without having to playback hours of footage via NVR. 

Users can therefore leverage their Monitoreal device as a smart search engine for the incidents they want to investigate, and play a full video of the event in question with the click of a button.

The feature requires connection with Monitoreal Drive, a hardware add-on to the brand’s Base and Pro security assistant units.

 

The Monitoreal video recording feature is part of the v 1.4.0 software update, and requires connection with the Monitoreal Drive product add-on. Learn more about Monitoreal updates here.
