The SiOnyx OPSIN does not rely on infrared illumination, meaning users will never give away their position, not even when observed through another night vision device. The eyecup provided also ensure no light leaks out from the unit, allowing the user to remain covert at all times.

The OPSIN boasts an IP67 rating, allowing it to remain effectively operational in adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or in environments with high levels of humidity.
