As a 25-year-old woman working in a field that is still very male-dominated, championing women in industry matters to me because I’m looking for role models who show that anything is possible. Equality should be a given, yet the reality is that women often have to do even more to prove their worth. Supporting one another, amplifying women’s visibility, and helping each other grow are essential to creating an environment where every woman can truly thrive and move forward.
