The world is recovering from the devastating Covid-19 pandemic, and we are threatened by war in Eastern Europe. The cost of shipping containers around the world has skyrocketed as had the cost of raw materials such as copper and, increasingly, rare earth materials. Energy costs have gone through the roof. There is a global shortage of computer chips. All these things, taken together, threaten our businesses and the security systems we used to protect those businesses.
