Following the publication of Dame Judith’s Hackitt’s report “Building a Safer Future” and the ongoing Grenfell Tower inquiry there has been a hugely increased focus on the competency of contractors and especially those contractors whose work could affect the fire integrity of, or life safety within a building.

This presentation looks at how Third Party Certification can help to demonstrate competency especially in relation to the provision of Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments and Evacuation Alert Systems.
