This talk will cover the Security Industry Authority’s role as the regulator as well as changes across the industry. This will include  standards of behaviour expected of licence holders, changes to how the SIA looks at criminality and the toughening up of its criteria, public-safety critical training as well as how the SIA supports the regulated industry
