Why employers should check the background of their new hires. I will discuss CV inaccuracies, give examples of how candidates make up stories, or have been dismissed. I will indicate how to validate that a candidate has the experience that they claim. I will discuss what background checks are readily available. I would cover data protection and a typical recruitment process that involves pre-employment back ground checks.
