Troy has had a successful career in the Security industry having started 13 years ago as a Sales Executive and joined FRG in 2016 as Head of Sales. He has worked across a broad section of Business Development, Operational, and Strategic positions since joining FRG and was appointed as Commercial Director in 2019.

Troy is FRG’s lead on their Living Wage movement having set their commitment and becoming a Recognised Service Provider in 2019 they have since been able to establish Living Wage commitments across significant operations such as Wembley National Stadium, HS2, and Outernet London.
