Tony Manze
Tony is one of the UK’s most experienced close protection experts. He has worked for law enforcement and government agencies both in the UK and overseas. His daily responsibilities included managing the protection response to several high-profile officials and the United Kingdom Royal family. He was a security advisor to the Government throughout the G7 and COP26, the state opening of parliament, and the late Queen’s funeral. His responsibilities included designing and authorising plans to protect many of the visiting world leaders.
He is regarded globally as an expert in the risks posed from ‘fixated threats.’ Therefore, in addition to his expertise in the field, he has travelled extensively, educating others in risk reduction techniques. His career has also seen him managing highly complex investigations, including terrorist incidents, kidnapping and organised crime.
Tony now joins Team 9 Ltd as the organisation's lead on protective services.
