My background spans the full spectrum of event operations logistical planning to "boots on the ground" so the execution. I specialize in managing large-scale, high pressure environments
* Crowd Control Management: Serving as a manager for iconic events like Notting Hill Carnival, overseeing both the strategic mapping to on-the-ground safety operations. I have experience in the music industry, managing logistics and safety for major festivals and live events.
* Professional Training: Transitioning my field experience into the classroom, I empower the next generation of industry professionals with the practical skills needed to thrive in fast-paced roles in the industry helping to give them as much support and knowledge as possible.
Mental health
Beyond the logistics of crowd safety, I am deeply committed to the "human" side of the industry. Mental health awareness is the heartbeat of my work. I believe we often underestimate the profound impact mental well-being has on our daily lives and professional performance.
I am particularly passionate about Men’s Mental Health, due to having lost 3 men in 2024 to suicide 1 which was in the industry, this area I feel is still critically underserved. Having a various initiatives and discussions in this space, I am a firm advocate for breaking the silence and helping people speak My goal is to normalize these conversations, ensuring that whether we are at a festival or in a training room, the mental health of our community is always a priority.
