Sajid Bhatti is the CEO of Securestep Security Ltd. He began his career in the security industry many years ago in Pakistan with Imperial Security Services. As the company's head of operations, he worked in various areas of security, including the corporate sector and providing security services to VIPs.

Sajid Bhatti was an International Martial Artist who represented Pakistan in a number of international competitions. He won the 2004 Kobe Osaka World Championships, which were held in Moscow, Russia. In 2006, he received the Hall of Fame honour in the World Martial Arts Games in Victoria, B.C, Canada,

Prior to joining the security line of work, he received a master's degree in economics, a law degree, and a position with Imperial Security Services. After that, as a young man, he migrated to the United Kingdom for a brighter future, where he was chosen for the security profession and soon became a qualified tutor in 2012 to deliver security-related qualifications.

In 2013, he joined G4S as a Security Supervisor and successfully managed NHS Heart of England sites. He worked as a Senior Police Controller for Dudley Council from 2014 to 2016. He joined OCS in 2016 as a security manager and managed several sites. Later, in 2017, he began working as a Clearance Officer at Birmingham Airport.

Finally, in 2019, he joined Secureway Training & Solutions Ltd as operations manager and currently serves as the CEO of Securestep Security Ltd since Feb 2020.
