Richard Swift is the Intelligence Operations Manager for the Intelligence Hub, a 24/7 Open Source Intelligence team that is part of Mitie Intelligence Services. Richard worked in operations roles across the financial and media sectors for just under a decade prior to joining Mitie Intelligence Services in 2021 as an Intelligence Analyst. During his time as an analyst, Richard developed Mitie’s program to protect Members of Parliament at their constituency surgeries. Having built the program and ensured its longevity, Richard now leads a team of analysts working at assessing and reporting on a broad spectrum of threats for Mitie’s diverse customer base. Moving into 2023, Richard is looking at the convergence of risks, emerging technologies, and developing the industry’s next generation of talent.
