Omosola Peter Omotayo is the CEO and Founder of an ACS-accredited security company and Ayotte Recruitment and Training Academy. A highly experienced close protection operative and security professional, Peter established Ayotte with a clear vision: to refine, elevate, and modernise security training standards across the UK. Driven by hands-on industry experience, he has expanded Ayotte into a Highfield-approved training provider, delivering a wide range of courses including security training, international qualifications, first aid, customer service, the Award in Education and Training (AET), and leadership and management programmes and many others. Peter continues to innovate within the sector, recently launching the ARTA Hub—an initiative designed to connect security companies with highly trained personnel, while also providing opportunities for trainers to access and deliver quality courses. His work is underpinned by strong ethics, integrity, and a deep passion for developing people, positioning him as a forward-thinking leader committed to raising standards and creating meaningful opportunities within the security and training industries.
