Megan has been a nurse the NHS for over 17 years working initial in Trauma and Orthopaedics and then into the Emergency Department as an ED Sister. She has over the past couple of years become the Lead Nurse for Violence and Aggression and more recently become Joint Lead for Violence Reduction and Prevention.
Violence and Aggression and its management and reduction is an agenda that Megan is incredibly passionate about, using her own experiences to help, support and reduce incidents amidst patients, visitors and staff.
