After 20+ years as a busy trauma consultant Martin is a veteran of more than 600 incidents across the World. Previously he managed a multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team and was the founder of a disaster response team. Martin is now the lead trainer and Senior Trauma Consultant at Clarity Stress & Trauma. He and his colleagues provide training and direct psychological support in a variety of industries.
