Championing women in industry is important to me because I’ve seen first-hand how much capability, resilience and leadership women bring — especially in environments that haven’t always made space for them. When women are given real opportunity, visibility and support, it doesn’t just benefit individuals — it strengthens teams, decision-making and the culture of an entire organisation. For me, it’s about creating pathways, building confidence, and making sure the next generation sees that there is absolutely a place for them at the table.
