Isaac Webb is a Director of Project and Cost Management at Norman Rourke Pryme (NRP Ltd), with extensive experience operating at the interface between public realm design, transport infrastructure and security risk management. As a chartered civil engineer and project manager, Isaac has led the delivery and assurance of complex urban highways and public realm schemes ranging from small‑scale interventions to multi-million programmes, many within highly sensitive and security‑constrained environments.

His professional focus includes the integration of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) measures into live urban environments, balancing safety, practicality, accessibility, operational effectiveness and place‑making. Isaac works closely with local authorities, emergency services, security advisers and contractors to ensure that protective security solutions are proportionate, compliant and deliverable without undermining the function or character of the public realm.
