Glenn Foot
Glenn Foot has been a part of the Security industry for almost two decades, starting as a service and installation engineer, quickly progressing to a branch manager for a national installer. Glenn made the move from installation to manufacturing over 10 years ago, where he initially provided technical support and training before taking over the management of technical support and then progressed into product management. Glenn utilizes his years of experience to ensure Eaton products are developed with the installer in mind and ease of use. Wider to Glenn’s product management role, he also contributes significantly to the industry as the chair of both the BSIA SEMS technical committee and CySPAG. Glenn is also a member of BSI GW1/1 and GW1/2, the committees for installed systems in the UK, and at a European level he is also an expert member of TC79 WG2, WG3 and WG5 which involves revising and updating the European standards for alarm transmissions systems, detectors, control panels and power supplies.
