WhatsApp Broadcast

The new WhatsApp integration means that companies can communicate with workers even when they do not have the SmartTask app open on their phones.  Available shifts can be broadcast from SmartTask directly to a WhatsApp list and recipients can respond to the alert with a simple Yes/No.  Responses are fully integrated with the SmartTask scheduler where all of the workers’ certifications and qualifications are taken into account so that only those qualified for a shift will be rostered.
