DARE
Rather than a traditional service provider model, Dare’s approach centres on capability building — working alongside organisations to enhance decision-making, operational readiness, and leadership effectiveness across the security function.
Security Event Birmingham | 28–30 April
DARE will be on site across the three days with members of the team available to speak with attendees about specialist training, coaching, and professional development needs within the security sector. Whether individuals are looking to progress into leadership roles or organisations are seeking to strengthen internal capability, the team will be on hand for informal conversations and guidance.
We will be sharing space with the International Professional Security Association (IPSA), reinforcing our joint commitment to professional standards, development, and industry collaboration.
Joining us on the stand will also be the Meta Moonhub team, who will be showcasing their immersive VR training headsets — offering visitors the opportunity to experience how virtual reality is being used to enhance situational learning and real-world security training environments.
Women in Industry Initiative – Live Podcast
From the stand, Marie Tyler will be hosting a live podcast as part of the Women in Industry Initiative, delivered in partnership with Nineteen Group. The podcast will feature conversations with female leaders and rising voices from across the sector, exploring career pathways, leadership challenges, and the importance of visibility and representation within security and risk professions.
Leadership Summit
Dare will also be contributing to the event’s Main Stage Leadership Summit, sharing insight on leadership development, capability building, and the future skills required to lead effectively in modern security environments.
We look forward to connecting with peers, partners, and professionals across the three days.
