Electro-mechanical lock (with a massive sliding bolt). Locked without power (fail secure). Unlocking by impuls, the sliding bolt can then be retracted using the handle.
Mechanical unlocking using the cylinder is always possible (with or without power). The handle is used to retract the sliding bolt.
